Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Senior Nephrology Clinical Educator to provide technical training and support to dialysis clinic staff across a designated territory. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of experience, preferably in a dialysis setting, and a Bachelor's Degree.

Responsibilities include training staff, serving as a clinical liaison, and conducting facility assessments. A valid Driver's License and proof of insurance are required. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $87,000 to $150,000 per year and extensive benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related experience.
• Certification in Nephrology preferred.
• Prior experience in a dialysis setting and as an educator/trainer.

Responsibilities

• Train and educate dialysis clinic staff on laboratory procedures.
• Serve as primary clinical liaison between dialysis facilities and laboratory services.
• Review specimen condition reports and create corrective action plans.
• Conduct facility assessments and deliver comprehensive reports.
• Contribute to developing and maintaining educational materials.
• Provide technical and clinical support to address client needs.
• Drive operational excellence by identifying cost reduction opportunities.
