Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care in the Indianapolis area is seeking an Education Specialist to coordinate and deliver competency-based training for facility staff across dialysis programs. Travel to multiple facilities (35-80%) is required, with opportunities for professional growth and collaboration with clinical leaders.

Qualifications

• Associate or RN nursing degree required; state licensure as an RN.
• At least 1 year of dialysis nursing experience.
• CDN or CNN preferred or obtainable within 18 months of employment.
• CPR/BLS certification current and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Deliver competency-based training and staff education across facilities.
• Coordinate with regional leaders to implement education programs.
• Promote patient safety and quality improvement through training.
• Facilitate new employee orientation and ongoing professional development.
• Travel between facilities 35-80% to support programs.
