CH01 CHE Fresenius Medical Care (Schweiz) AG in Tyler, TX seeks a Clinical Educator to train dialysis RNs across clinics in the Tyler area. The position requires extensive travel and delivery of competency-based education, on-site in-services, and clinical training.

You will develop education programs, partner with facilities and management, and support patient safety and quality outcomes through learning initiatives and performance coaching.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in good standing.
• 1 year dialysis experience (preferred).
• CPR/BLS certification and ongoing training.

Responsabilités

• Deliver competency-based training across multiple clinics.
• Develop and update education programs and in-services.
• Coach learners and assess competency attainment.
• Collaborate with facility leadership to align with regional goals.
• Promote patient safety and quality outcomes through education.
