Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care Tyler area is seeking an experienced dialysis RN to educate staff across clinics, deliver standardized training and orientation, and support quality patient care goals.

The role requires RN licensure in the primary state and at least 1 year of dialysis experience, with CPR/BLS certification. Travel within the Tyler area is expected, with mileage reimbursement provided.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in primary state of residence required.
• Minimum 1 year dialysis experience as a Registered Nurse.
• CPR/BLS certification and ongoing education required.

Responsibilities

• Train staff across clinics in dialysis patient care and clinical procedures.
• Align training with regional and enterprise goals and standards.
• Coordinate with facility leaders and external partners to deliver education programs.
• Travel within the Tyler area to train dialysis RNs at multiple clinics, reimbursing mileage.
