Job summary

CH01 CHE Fresenius Medical Care (Schweiz) AG is seeking an on-site Clinical Educator in Georgia. You will lead training for direct patient care staff, deliver orientation programs, and promote quality and safety in dialysis services.

The role emphasizes collaboration with clinical leaders, ongoing professional development, and the use of diverse teaching methods to education staff across facilities. RN licensure and dialysis experience are required.

Qualifications

• Assure education delivery to staff and new hires within dialysis programs.
• Adhere to nursing standards, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Coach staff to achieve clinical quality and patient safety goals.

Responsibilities

• Align training with regional and enterprise goals.
• Develop competency and skills to educate personnel in chronic kidney disease programs.
• Collaborate with partners to schedule and implement education programs and processes.
• Deliver standardized, competency-based training including orientation.
• Support KPI data collection and ongoing quality improvement.
