Fresenius Medical Care in Tyler, TX seeks an experienced RN to train and educate staff across clinics in the greater Tyler area. Role involves no direct reports, potential educator track after one year of dialysis RN experience, and mileage reimbursement for travel.

You will deliver standardized training programs, orientation, and ongoing education while fostering patient safety and quality outcomes. Requires associates/bachelor’s in nursing, active RN license, and at least 1 year dialysis

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Current RN state licensure in primary state of residence.
• Minimum 1 year dialysis experience as a Registered Nurse.

Responsabilités

• Train staff in chronic kidney disease treatment programs.
• Deliver standardized, competency-based education and orientation.
• Coordinate education programs with clinics and travel to facilities.
• Maintain open communication with management, physicians, and travel personnel.
• Support quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
