Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care North America is seeking a Clinical Manager (RN) to lead the facility’s clinical operations. The role requires directing patient care activities, ensuring quality and compliance with ESRD requirements, and aligning staffing and processes to achieve optimal outcomes.

The ideal candidate will bring 6–8 years of related experience, 3+ years of supervisory experience, and a strong focus on patient care, team development and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s Degree and RN licensure.
• Minimum 6–8 years related experience.
• 3+ years supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Minimum 12 months clinical nursing experience required; dialysis nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees tactical execution of short- and long-term objectives within the department, including staffing, costs and methods.
• Leads, coaches and develops direct reports; partners with HR on personnel matters.
• Ensures compliance with ESRD regulatory requirements and Quality Assessment and Improvement (QAI) programs.
