Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's Degree; an advanced degree is desirable.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN) with current licensure.
• 6–8 years of related experience; 3+ years supervisory or program management preferred.
• Experience in dialysis nursing and healthcare leadership is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs tactical execution of objectives with resources, schedule and staffing.
• Provides leadership, coaching and development plans for direct reports.
• Ensures compliance with ESRD regulations and QAI processes.
• Oversees patient care coordination from admission through discharge.
• Maintains medical and administrative records with data accuracy.
• Responsible for on-call coverage and full-time availability.
