Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead a dialysis facility, overseeing daily clinical operations, staff supervision, and budget adherence. The role ensures high-quality patient care while meeting regulatory standards and driving continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with the Medical Director and physicians, manage patient schedules, and develop staffing plans to maintain optimal care delivery and safety across the clinic.

Qualifications

• RN with clinical nursing experience.
• 6 months chronic or acute dialysis nursing experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and quality improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and development for all direct reports.
• Oversee facility operations, budgeting, and staffing.
• Coordinate patient care from admission through discharge.
• Maintain medical records and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement CQI and QAPI programs.
• Collaborate with Medical Director and physicians to ensure quality patient care.
