Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead a dialysis clinic, ensuring high‑quality patient care and efficient operations. You will coordinate physicians, nursing staff and support teams, oversee quality improvement efforts, and manage daily business functions to meet budget and patient outcomes.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Medical Director, adherence to CQI programs, and development of staff through coaching and training in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• RN license with state licensure (NC preferred).
• Experience in clinical nursing, dialysis nursing preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ishihara color blindness test completed or passable.

Responsabilités

• Lead clinic operations with direct reports and cross‑functional partners.
• Oversee patient care from admission to discharge and coordinate schedules.
• Ensure compliance with CQI, quality metrics, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage staff scheduling, payroll, training, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain medical records integrity and data reporting for surveys and audits.
• Foster strong physician relationships and support medical staff governance.
