Fresenius Medical Care seeks a Clinical Manager to oversee the dialysis facility's daily operations, ensure quality patient care, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards in collaboration with the Medical Director.

You will lead and develop staff, manage scheduling and payroll, and drive performance through CQI and QAPI initiatives while ensuring safe, efficient patient flow from admission to discharge.

Responsabilidades

• Provides leadership, coaching, and development plans for all direct reports.
• Collaborates with Medical Director, Clinical Manager/Charge Nurse and other departments to ensure quality patient care.
• Oversees staff scheduling and payroll and ensures training/compliance of clinical staff.
• Directs physician relations and ensures regular communication with Medical Directors and other clinicians.
• Maintains medical records integrity and ensures compliance with data collection and audits.
