Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field required.
• 2+ years of dialysis experience or related field.
• Knowledge of compliance regulations and standards.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Familiar with developing business plans and financial models.
• Familiar with health system accreditation process.
• Familiar with process and quality improvement background.
• Ability to translate data and analytics into action plans.
• Ambition to support job requirements with clinical expertise.
• Must excel in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Detail oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions.
• Willing to travel extensively (up to 75%).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned customers and support ongoing engagement.
• Support sales process through customer education, implementation, adoption and success.
• Provide education, documentation, and guidance on Outset products and best practices.
• Lead clinical execution support across acute, post-acute, and home environments.
• Deliver clinical application support and clinician education for Tablo Hemodialysis System.
• Prepare for and participate in Clinical Business Reviews (CBRs) with customers.
• Conduct regular site visits to support program adoption and improve care quality.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, Clinical, Marketing and internal teams.
• Participate in escalation processes to resolve customer issues.
• Ensure adequate consumable inventory for treatment continuity.
