Outset Medical, Inc. in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Clinical Excellence Manager to provide tactical support to sales, service, clinical and marketing for the Tablo Hemodialysis System.

You will lead clinical education programs and partner with customer nurses to drive excellence in insourced dialysis programs across acute, post-acute and home settings. This role requires travel up to 75% and a nursing background with 2+ years dialysis experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing and active nursing license.
• 2+ years of dialysis experience or related field.
• Knowledge of compliance regulations and standards.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Familiar with developing a business plan and ROI.
• Familiar with health system accreditation process.
• Familiar with process and quality improvement background.
• Able to translate data and analytics into action plans.
• Willing to travel extensively (up to 75%).
• BLS & ACLS required; if not on hire, within six months.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, supporting ongoing engagement and program execution.
• Provides hands-on clinical execution support across acute, post-acute, and home environments.
• Delivers clinical application support and clinician education for the Tablo Hemodialysis System.
• Prepares for and participates in Clinical Business Reviews (CBRs) with data and performance discussions.
• Conducts regular customer site visits to support adoption and improve care quality.
• Partners with Sales, Service, Clinical, Marketing and other teams to address customer needs.
• Participates in internal escalation processes for customer issues.
• Ensures customers have sufficient consumables to maintain treatment continuity and improve workflow.
• Reviews and refines programmatic offerings using latest research and best practices.
• Maintains knowledge of Outset products, programs, and procedures.
