Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years of healthcare facility operations experience.
• Experience in staff management and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinic operations, including costs, processes, staffing, and quality standards.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development plans for direct reports.
• Collaborate with HR, Quality, and Technical Services.
• Coordinate with the Home Therapies Manager to oversee the Home Therapies Program.
• Maintain records and ensure auditing compliance.
• Manage clinic financials and cost containment.
• Coordinate physician relations and privileges processes.
• Manage staff scheduling and payroll.
• Travel between facilities and locations as needed.
