• Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages the clinic operations, including costs, processes, staffing, and quality standards.
• Provides leadership, coaching, and development plans for all direct reports.
• Partners with Human Resources, Quality, and Technical Services departments.
• Oversees the Home Therapies Program in collaboration with the Home Therapies Manager.
• Maintains integrity of medical and operations records and compliant data auditing.
