Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Facility Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our dialysis clinic in Washington, DC. You will partner with the Medical Director and Charge Nurse to ensure top-quality patient care and efficient clinic performance.

In this leadership role, you will manage budgets, staffing, and compliance, while guiding staff development and coordinating with HR, Quality, and Technical Services to maintain high standards of care.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of business operations experience in a healthcare facility.
• Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages clinic operations, costs, processes, staffing, and quality standards.
• Leads and coaches direct reports with development plans.
• Partners with HR, Quality, and Technical Services departments.
• Oversees Home Therapies Program with Home Therapies Manager.
• Maintains medical and operations records and supports audits.
• Oversees clinic financials and cost containment.
• Ensures compliance with state or federal surveys.
• Manages inventory, procurement, and supplier relations.
