U.S. Renal Care, Inc. is seeking an experienced Clinic Administrator to oversee daily operations of the Easley, SC dialysis clinic. You will supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, manage scheduling, and drive performance improvements to meet patient care and financial targets.

You will partner with Medical Director and leadership to maintain quality, coordinate interdepartmental activities, and assure thorough documentation and reporting across the center.

Formación

• Leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong problem-solving and time management.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• RN license in applicable state.
• Minimum dialysis management experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily clinic operations and staff performance.
• Develop growth and scheduling processes to ensure timely patient access.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Lead quality initiatives and maintain patient care documentation.
