Job summary

The Kidney Care Center in Lubbock, TX is seeking a Clinical Manager to oversee both hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis units. You will direct daily operations, supervise staff, work with physicians to optimize patient outcomes, and ensure safety and compliance.

This full-time role requires an active RN license, at least two years in dialysis, and strong leadership. The clinic operates Monday-Saturday with shifts; you will lead quality initiatives and manage resources to deliver compassionate,

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license.
• Minimum 2 years of direct dialysis experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
• Knowledge of hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficiency in medical records and reports.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day clinical operations of dialysis departments.
• Supervise and mentor clinical staff, ensuring compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize treatment plans.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Monitor inventory, equipment, and supplies for dialysis treatment.
• Oversee quality improvement initiatives and patient education programs.
• Address patient and family concerns and questions.
• Prepare and submit reports on clinic performance and outcomes.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for safe, efficient operation.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate staff; promote professional development.
