Fresenius Medical Care in Texas invites a Clinical Manager to lead daily operations of a dialysis facility, ensuring high‑quality patient care and compliant clinical operations. You will partner with the Medical Director and Charge Nurse to coordinate care from admission through discharge and drive performance against budget and quality goals.

As a leader, you will manage staff, scheduling, training, and regulatory reporting, while promoting CQI and QAPI programs.

Responsabilités

• Provides leadership, coaching, and development plans for all direct reports.
• Partners with internal Human Resources, Quality, Education, and Technical Services departments.
• Oversees the facility's Home Therapies Program in collaboration with the Home Therapies Program Manager.
• Maintains integrity of medical and operations records and complies with data collection and auditing activities.
• Accountable for ICD coding and for all required network reporting and state/federal surveys.
• Manages day-to-day business operations, including staffing, budget adherence, and KPI attainment.
