Job summary

HDS Renal Care Providers CM is seeking a Clinic Manager in Chicago to supervise the assigned clinic and coordinate nursing services for Home Dialysis Care. The role includes ensuring regulatory compliance, staff development, and high-quality patient care across the dialysis program.

The ideal candidate will have an RN license (BSN preferred), CPR, and 2–3 years nursing leadership experience. Strong communication and a customer-service mindset are essential for coordinating with physicians, RNs,

Qualifications

• Licensed RN; BSN preferred.
• Current CPR card.
• 2–3 years nursing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall supervision to the assigned clinic.
• Reviews physician lab orders for accuracy.
• Operate home dialysis equipment and troubleshoot with patients by phone.
• Collaborate with physicians and RNs to increase patient census.
• Promote operational efficiency and quality goals.
• Oversee QAPI activities for the clinic and attend Governing body meetings.
