Job summary

U.S. Renal Care, Inc. is seeking a Center Manager (CM) to lead a dialysis clinic, maintain operational excellence, and ensure compassionate patient care while coordinating with Satellite staff, MDs, and other stakeholders.

The CM will mentor staff, foster high morale, and drive improvements in patient life quality. Minimum qualifications include 1 year RN experience and 6 months in hemodialysis; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of RN experience and six months of hemodialysis nursing.
• Management or supervisor experience preferred.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in state of practice or compliant with NCL rules.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-disciplinary team to deliver patient-centered dialysis care.
• Educate and mentor staff; maintain compassionate patient interactions.
• Coordinate patient care and ensure operational excellence at the clinic.
