Dialysis Clinic, Inc. in California seeks a Dialysis Nurse Manager to lead facility operations and supervise nursing staff, ensuring safe, efficient dialysis treatments and adherence to ESRD networks and regulatory requirements.

You will schedule, train, and assess patient care staff, collaborate with medical director and others, and drive quality improvement initiatives while upholding DCI policies; a BSN/AA/RN, dialysis experience, and CA RN license are required.

Aufgaben

• Schedule patients and staff and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Ensure all hemodialysis treatments in the dialysis facility follow DCI policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement standards of care, providing patient care in accordance with ESRD Network, regulatory agencies, DCI’s QAPI program and the clinic’s requirements.
• Plan and provide training and assessments for patient care staff alongside nurse educator.
• Coordinate DCI, QAPI and risk management program implementation with the quality and risk manager.
• Collaborate on patient care initiatives with medical director, social worker, dietitian, charge nurses, technical managers, staff nurses and equipment technicians.
• Integrate unit activities as they relate to patient care, staff education, research projects and unit expansions with clinic operations director and medical director.
• Manage nursing, social work, dietitian, and technical staff supervision with medical director.
• Fulfill supervisory responsibilities in accordance to DCI's policies and procedures and applicable laws.
• Work closely with area operations director on identifying operational efficiencies.

Ausbildung

Nursing degree (BSN/AA/RN)

Dialysis experience (6 months)

One year clinical nursing experience

Supervisory experience preferred
