Fresenius Medical Care invites applications for a Clinical Manager in our Chicago-area dialysis facility. You will lead daily operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and collaborate with the Medical Director and staff to deliver comprehensive treatment plans for patients with end-stage renal disease.

The role emphasizes clinical leadership, staff development, regulatory compliance, and financial stewardship, with opportunities for career progression through our Clinical Leadership Program.

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical nursing.
• Additional 6 months chronic or acute dialysis nursing experience.
• Demonstrated leadership competencies and management skills, including communication, customer service, quality improvement, relationship development, results orientation, team building, motivating employees, performance management and decision making.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership, coaching, and development for direct reports.
• Collaborate with HR, Quality, Education, and Technical Services.
• Oversee Home Therapies Program.
• Maintain integrity of medical and operations records and compliance.
• Manage ICD coding and regulatory surveys.
• Oversee facility P&L and staffing to meet KPIs.
• Coordinate patient care from admission to discharge.
• Oversee staff scheduling and payroll.
• Foster physician relationships and approvals.
