Qualifications

• RN licensed in Illinois with current licensure.
• Minimum 6 months chronic or acute dialysis nursing experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills with strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinic operations and ensure delivery of quality patient care.
• Collaborate with Medical Director, Charge RN, and staff across departments.
• Oversee daily business operations, budget, staffing, and facility performance metrics.
• Coordinate patient care from admission to discharge and manage schedules.
