Fresenius Medical Care in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Clinical Manager (RN) to lead the dialysis clinic, ensure high-quality patient care, and manage daily operations. You will supervise clinical staff, coordinate patient care, and uphold safety and regulatory standards.

The role includes the Clinical Leadership Program, staff development, and collaboration with the Medical Director to drive CQI and quality goals across the facility.

Formación

• Experience in clinical nursing.
• 6 months dialysis nursing experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership, coaching, and development for direct reports.
• Oversee daily clinic operations and staffing.
• Coordinate patient care from admission to discharge.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and CQI processes.
