Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to lead the facility's operations and ensure high-quality patient care in the dialysis setting. You will oversee daily clinical operations, collaborate with Medical Director and Charge Nurse, and drive CQI through the CQI/QAPI framework to maintain regulatory compliance and optimal patient outcomes.

You will manage staff, scheduling, training, and performance, while guiding cost-effective operations and achieving budget and KPIs.

Qualifications

• RN with BSN preferred and active nursing license
• Strong leadership and team development abilities
• Experience in dialysis or chronic care settings is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead clinic operations to ensure high-quality patient care in a dialysis setting.
• Collaborate with Medical Director and Charge Nurse to coordinate care and improve outcomes.
• Oversee staff recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and drive CQI/QAPI initiatives across the facility.
