U.S. Renal Care in Paragould, AR is seeking a Dialysis Facility Administrator (Finance) to lead daily clinic operations, drive financial performance, and coordinate multi-department activities.

You will oversee staffing, patient flow, and compliance with ESRD regulations while reporting to regional management. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and healthcare administration experience, plus RN credentials and knowledge of finance, QA, and quality improvement programs.

• Achieve financial targets including budgets and cost controls.
• Lead quality initiatives and participate in QAPI activities.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
