U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Unit Clerk in Dallas to support clinic operations and deliver exceptional patient care for kidney disease patients. You will greet patients, answer phones, and assist with transportation while maintaining medical records and coordinating billing tasks.

The role emphasizes accuracy in record-keeping, regulatory compliance, and timely communication with the care team. A high school diploma and familiarity with MS Office are required, with training provided for USRC

Qualifications

• Six months of relevant experience in clinical/healthcare setting preferred.
• Minimum one year experience in administrative position preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Customer Care: greet patients and visitors, answer phones, assist with transportation arrangements.
• Operational Support: update and maintain medical records, prepare patient records, audit records for compliance, enter charges and prepare billing logs, complete forms for governmental agencies, ensure supplies and inventory, direct labs to the appropriate lab.
