Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead the daily operations of a dialysis facility in Oregon. You will ensure high-quality patient care, collaborate with the Medical Director and nursing leadership, and drive clinical performance and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes staff leadership, program management, and coordination of patient care from admission to discharge in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical nursing.
• Additional 6 months chronic or acute dialysis nursing experience.
• Demonstrated leadership competencies and management skills for the position.
• Demonstrated management skills necessary to provide leadership in supervision of facility personnel.
• Ishihara Color Blind Test required.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily operations of the dialysis facility including staff, patient care, equipment, and inventory.
• Oversee patient care from admission through discharge and coordinate with medical staff.
• Lead recruitment, training, and performance evaluations for clinical staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, CQI activities, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain medical records integrity and support billing and regulatory surveys.
