Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care in Tigard, Oregon is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead a dialysis facility, ensure high-quality patient care, and maintain efficient clinical operations with a collaborative team.

As the facility leader, you will oversee daily operations, coordinate patient care from admission to discharge, manage staff scheduling and payroll, and partner with the Medical Director to meet quality goals and regulatory surveys.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN).
• Current RN state licensure.
• Experience in clinical nursing.
• Additional 6 months chronic or acute dialysis nursing experience.
• Demonstrated leadership competencies and management skills.
• Ishihara Color Blind Test passed.

Responsibilities

• Provide facility leadership and oversee daily operations.
• Coordinate patient care from admission to discharge.
• Manage staff scheduling and payroll.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and successful on-site surveys.
• Collaborate with Medical Director for quality goals.
