The RN will assess patients, coordinate care, and participate in the care team to ensure high-quality dialysis treatment. The position may involve travel to sites within the area as needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Nephrology Nursing experience in the last two years as a RN.
• Chronic hemodialysis experience required.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Assess and document patient data during pre-, during-, and post-hemodialysis.
• Deliver safe and effective hemodialysis therapy under supervision.
• Administer medications as prescribed and document justification.
• Provide education to patients and families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for care planning.
