Job summary

TalentBurst is recruiting for a Dialysis Chronic Care Registered Nurse (RN) to provide and coordinate dialysis care, with responsibilities across assessment, intervention and evaluation for an assigned patient group.

The role requires 12 months or more of dialysis experience, RN licensure, and the ability to float to area sites. Onsite, 40 hours plus overtime with shift patterns discussed at interview.

Qualifications

• 12 months or more of recent dialysis experience required.
• Minimum 9 months RN experience.
• Minimum 3 months chronic/acute hemodialysis RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for dialysis patients.
• Document patient data and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Administer medications per prescribed protocol and document effectiveness.
• Direct and supervise daily delivery of hemodialysis therapy.
• Assist with emergency responses and staff education.
