Qualifications

• Floating to area sites within 50 miles of the main site.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze patient data during dialysis and adjust care plans as needed.
• Administer medications as prescribed and document effectiveness.
• Provide patient and family education regarding treatment and care.
• Direct and supervise daily dialysis delivery with care staff.
• Ensure proper lab collection, handling, and processing.
