Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a Dialysis Chronic Care Registered Nurse (RN) in Wisconsin for an onsite contract role. The position provides essential hemodialysis care, assessment and education for assigned patients, with a 14-week contract starting soon.

Requirements include 12 months or more of dialysis experience and at least 1 year of nephrology nursing in the past two years. Willingness to float to area sites within 50 miles is required.

Qualifications

• 12 months or more of Recent Dialysis experience required
• 1 year of Nephrology Nursing experience in the last two years as a RN
• Floating requirement: Client required candidates to float to area sites within 50 miles of the main site

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care for dialysis patients.
• Document data and adjust treatment plans in the patient record.
• Direct and deliver safe hemodialysis therapy in collaboration with the care team.
• Administer medications as prescribed and document effectiveness.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and educate patients and families.
