Job summary

Fives DyAG Corp. in Harker Heights, TX is seeking a Dialysis Chronic Care Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 12 months of dialysis experience. The role includes direct patient care during hemodialysis, medication administration, and patient education in a fast-paced clinical setting.

The schedule is 10 hours per day, 4 days per week, onsite with potential travel to area sites. This contract starts 10/26/2026 and runs for 14 weeks, offering a competitive weekly pay of about $2,067.

Qualifications

• 12 months or more of recent dialysis experience required.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current or successful completion of CPR BLS Certification.
• Must meet the practice requirements in the state in which he or she is employed.
• Experience in nephrology nursing within the last two years is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for assigned patients.
• Perform hemodialysis treatment, administer medications as prescribed, and document in medical records.
• Direct and supervise patient care staff as assigned.
• Educate patients and families about treatment options and care plans.
• Ensure laboratory procedures are performed correctly and communicate results to the care team.
