Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC seeks a Dialysis Chronic Care Registered Nurse (RN) with 12+ months of dialysis experience for an onsite 27-week contract in Missouri. You will deliver patient care and collaborate with the ESKD care team to optimize outcomes.

Shifts are 10 hours/day, 4 days/week. Requirements: accredited Nursing school graduate and CPR/BLS. You may float to nearby sites within 50 miles and overtime is possible.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Nephrology Nursing experience in the last two years as an RN.
• Chronic hemodialysis experience required
• Floating requirement: float to area sites within 50 miles of the main site

Responsibilities

• Assess and manage hemodialysis patient care under supervision.
• Document nursing assessments and update care plans.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor patient response.
• Provide education to patients and families about treatment options and care.
