Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (R.N.); must be registered and licensed to practice in the applicable State.
• Minimum 12 months of nursing experience, plus 6 months of specialized dialysis care experience; supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Certified in CPR; strong communication skills (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day guidance and support to direct patient care staff; give informal and annual performance feedback.
• Coordinate staffing, hiring, firing, and disciplinary actions with Facility Administrator.
• Ensure compliance with all procedures, policies, and regulations; approve/deny time changes and document staff hours.
