Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day guidance and supervision of direct patient care staff.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and policies; manage staffing and scheduling.
• Oversee dialysis treatments and patient care plans; respond to emergencies.
• Coordinate with Facility Administrator and RNs; supervise documentation.
• Promote safety and OSHA compliance.
