Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing and current RN licensure.
• Minimum 9 months of nursing experience with at least 3 months in dialysis.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Successful completion of dialysis training and ongoing education.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day guidance to direct patient care staff with ongoing feedback.
• Ensure compliance with facility procedures and state/federal regulations.
• Oversee patient care during dialysis and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and care team on patient care plans.
• Lead staff meetings and coordinate scheduling and staffing as required.
