Qualifications

• Good verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day guidance and supervision to direct patient care staff.
• Coordinate Charge Nurse duties and ensure compliant staffing and schedules.
• Supervise patient care during dialysis and participate in care plan meetings.
