Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Nurse RN Charge Nurse to lead the dialysis team in a patient-focused setting. You will supervise direct patient care staff, coordinate with the Clinical Manager, and ensure compliance with hospital and company policies.

The role requires nursing licensure, 9 months of nursing experience with dialysis exposure, and strong communication skills to guide a multidisciplinary team and educate patients and families.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 9 months of nursing experience with 3 months dialysis experience; RN charge nurse duties in the absence of the Clinical Manager.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Successful completion of a training course in the theory and practice of hemodialysis.
• Good communication skills - verbal and written.
• Must meet applicable state licensure requirements.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day guidance and direction to direct patient care staff.
• Participate in department staffing and hiring/firing decisions.
• Supervise documentation and coordinate charge nurse duties with staff RNs.
• Assess daily patient care needs and respond to dialysis treatments.
• Monitor patient condition and implement physician-directed changes.

Formation

Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing (R.N.)

Current appropriate state licensure
