Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Center Manager (RN) to lead daily operations at our dialysis center. You will supervise a multidisciplinary team, ensure high-quality patient care, and coordinate with physicians and satellite staff to optimize outcomes.

The role emphasizes staff mentorship, compassion, and operational excellence, with full-time hours and a comprehensive benefits package. A BSN is preferred and RN licensure is required in the practice state.

Qualifications

• Experience: One (1) year of RN practice and six (6) months of hemodialysis nursing experience. Management or Supervisor experience preferred.
• Education: Graduation from an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred.
• License/Certification: Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing clinic team to deliver high-quality dialysis care.
• Coordinate care with MDs, Satellite staff, and other representatives to ensure patient safety and outcomes.
• Mentor and educate staff to maintain a compassionate, professional environment.
