• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes as directed.
• Perform pre- and post-treatment assessments and documentation.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and adhere to infection control policies.
• Administer heparin as delegated or allowed by state law.
• Support education for patients regarding adequacy measures and disease processes.
