U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician to join our dialysis team. You will support RN/CN, provide direct patient care, monitor treatments, and prepare machines for each session, ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout.

We emphasize safety and ongoing training, including CPR within 90 days and USRC training. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k with employer match, and PTO for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Interest in healthcare and patient care.
• Experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• Ability to mix acids and bicarbonate according to protocol.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Responsabilités

• Provide safe, high-quality dialysis care and collect patient stats.
• Prepare machines, clean and disinfect after treatment, and perform safety checks.
• Follow safety measures and state/federal regulations; participate in meetings and education.
