U.S. Renal Care, Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Technician to join our team.

You will work under RN or CN supervision to deliver dialysis treatments, monitor patients, and collect samples per physician orders. You will also prepare and maintain dialysis machines, follow safety protocols, and participate in ongoing education. The role requires a high school diploma, a demonstrated interest in healthcare, and the ability to handle precise procedures and color vision tests.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• Must be comfortable mixing acids and bicarbonate according to protocol.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care during dialysis to ensure safe, comfortable, and high-quality treatment.
• Prepare machines for hemodialysis, clean and disinfect after treatment, and conduct safety checks with logged results.
• Adhere to safety measures and company policies under the supervision of a Charge Nurse; participate in required staff meetings and education.
