Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician to join our dialysis team. You will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Charge Nurse to deliver safe, high‑quality dialysis care and to collect patient samples per physician orders.

You will prepare machines, monitor patients during treatment, perform safety checks, and adhere to all policies and regulations while engaging in ongoing education and team meetings.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• Comfort mixing acids and bicarbonate according to protocol.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care during dialysis treatments, including stats before/after treatment and monitoring.
• Prepare machines, disinfect after use, and log quality checks per protocol.
• Follow safety measures and company/state regulations; participate in meetings and continuing education.
