Job summary

US Renal Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician to join our dialysis team. You will provide direct patient care during dialysis treatments, monitor patients, and assist with specimen collection as ordered by physicians.

Under RN or CN supervision, you will ensure safety and quality in every step of the treatment process. The role requires a high school diploma, interest in healthcare, and willingness to complete training and certifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Interest in healthcare and patient care.
• Healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or CNA is a plus.
• Ability to mix acids and bicarbonate according to protocol.
• Ability to distinguish primary colors.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care during dialysis treatments.
• Prepare, monitor, and terminate dialysis sessions; collect samples per physician orders.
• Maintain machine cleanliness, safety checks, and log results for quality control; follow protocols and regulations.
