Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must complete the organization's dialysis training program and CPR certification.
• CMS/state licensure requirements must be met.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
• Monitor patients and document treatment parameters and vital signs.
• Participate in CQI activities and infection control practices.
• Assist with transitioning patients and education as directed by RN.
