Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and check wellbeing since their last treatment.
• Evaluate vascular access and perform cannulation as delegated.
• Initiate dialysis treatment according to prescribed orders (QB/QD).
• Monitor vital signs, weight, and treatment parameters and document.
• Maintain infection control and clean dialysis areas and equipment.
• Record and report patient status and any changes to the RN or supervisor.
