Job summary

• Obtain pre- and post-treatment vital signs and weight.
• Evaluate vascular access patency and cannulation; administer heparin as delegated.
• Document treatment parameters and patient responses.
• Report patient condition changes to the RN or supervisor.
• Maintain infection control and environmental cleanliness in the facility.
• Participate in education and training activities for staff and patients.
